On March 23-25, 2021 the 14th international exhibition of vending technologies VendExpo and self-service systems WRS5 will be held in Moscow at Expocentre.
2020 turned out to be a difficult for everyone, including the vending community, because of the restrictions imposed against the pandemic. The automated trading market is going through difficult times: the reduction in turnover reached 70% and sometimes 90%, compared to the same period (spring-summer 2019) last year. Nevertheless, the ongoing crisis has greatly inspired market players to come together and take decisive joint action.
Canceled because of the pandemic in 2020, the exhibition VendExpo 2021 will be an awaited event for the entire vending community and will demonstrate the latest achievements in the world of vending and self-service systems. Unicum, Siba vending, Rheavendors East, Evoca Group, Istochnik Zdorovya, PTA, Formacia, Gumballs, Style ABC, FAS, Assorti, Kit Vending, PFORT, ALMAFOOD, Cheboko and many others have already confirmed their participation in the exhibition. Notably, the Lavazza company, one of the world’s leading coffee makers, will be among the expo participants for the very first time. During the exhibition, an international business forum will traditionally be held, wh ere topical issues of the vending industry and self-service systems will be discussed. On March 23, the expo will host the final stage of the VASA (Vending & Automated Services Award) innovative contest. This year, the contest participants submitted 26 prototypes in different nominations: Technical Device, Technical Solutions, Ingredients and Supplies. The names of the finalists will be announced in early March, and the winners will be nominated during the expo. The relevance and innovation of the contestants’ prototypes will be assessed by an international panel of judges.
