The growth of income of Krasnodarsky region budget

The additional part of the budget volume of 3 billion rubles was provided mainly by the growth of the returns from the physical persons tax by 41 percent, enterprises property tax growth by 43.7 percent, as well as the simplified taxation system taxes by 63 percent.

The returns from the tax payers working in the housing and communal services, resorts and tourism, fuel-energy complex, banking sector, have increased by 1.5 times. The timber industry returns grew by 3 times. Among the outsiders with 16 percent growth rate is just the wine industry, but as the specialists assure, the situation is going to change for better in the 2nd quarter already.

In the 1st quarter the 43 out of 48 municipalities have shown growth of the budget returns above 19 percent. The Seversky, Tikhoretsk and Goryachi Cluch regions have practically doubled the revenues volume. The town and rural settlements for the 1st quarter have fulfilled their annual budget plan for a quarter – they collected 757 million rubles. In comparison with the last year the gains of the settlements have grown by 72 percent.

Mr. Alexander Remezhkov has required from the regional and municipal structures to activate work on the legalization of salaries and their increase up to the regional medium level using law-enforcement and controlling bodies, and also to toughen the struggle with the unprofitable enterprises.

Regional authorities intend to keep up the rate of the budget revenues growth at the level of 20 percent and more. Only this rate will afford the regional budget to make it higher than 100 billion rubles.
