1. Since when has your company been represented in Russia?
ALMAFOOD S.A. (Switzerland) Company began its business in Russia in 1990 year when there was created the trade company distributing coffee and coffee products in the territory of Russia and CIS. During its activity in Russia market the company became strong and effective business structure with qualified professional personnel and expansive client base throughout Russia.
In 2002 the company bought a small plant manufacturing coffee mixes and packaging instant coffee in Moscow region. From 2005 year having expanded and strengthened its production capacity we brought into operation the first in Russia present-day production of professional ingredients for vending machines. And 2 years later the new up-to-date dial line for coffee roasting began to work.
In 2009 happened the very important event in the company’s life, one of the European leaders in the segment of instant coffee and raw materials production- Kruger GmbH Concern – became one of its shareholders. This event greatly increased the company’s potential and brought in the serious changes into its strategy, aims and objectives.
2. What do you aim to achieve by taking part in VendExpo 2012?
One of our main objectives of our taking part in the exhibition is to strengthen our positions in the professional ingredients’ market. We understand full well that we can reach this goal by close and mutually beneficial cooperation with our partners. Communication, experience exchange, novelties’ presentation on the exhibition let us immediately address a need of market and find quickly the best decisions carrying the collective success.
3. What are you going to present this year?
ALMAFOOD Company developed and prepared to present on the exhibition some new products from different product lines. Freshly roasted coffee-beans, chocolate beverage, milk granulated product. W will be glad together with our guests to test and discuss our new products’ quality. We are success-oriented and invite everybody who works in the segment of vending machines to cooperate!
